Human Statue

This interesting fellow is alive. I was walking towards the coffee shop to get a nice cold drink and I saw a crowd gathered around this "statue". Wondering what was so special about this statue I joined the crowd. Then the man moved! Very slowly he moved and the pigeons stayed with him. I have a feeling those pigeons are his. He must have been suffering with that outfit and that paint, it was in the 80sF for sure!
